Generate Citation Report

It is possible to get an overview of the number of times an article is cited, the article’s h-index and other information using the «Citation Report» from the Web of Science. You can either start from a single reference or group in your EndNote library.
The feature assumes that the current reference (s) have registered an ID number from Web of Science or U.S. National Library of Medicine and that you have access to a subscription to the Web of Science services.

There are two approaches to this function. One for single references and one for groups.

How to – Single Reference

    • Select the current reference in the EndNote library
    • Select Web of Science from the References menu
    • Select Create Citation Report
    • The report appears in the Web of Science base in your default browser

How to – Groups

      • Select the current group in the EndNote library
      • Right-click on the group
      • Select Create Citation Report
      • The report appears in the Web of Science base in your default browser
